Description
Direct and oversee all aspects of the church's Communication and First Impressions ministry teams. Supervise the members of the Communications Team and First Impressions. This individual should have strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, a heart for service and a passion for creating welcoming environments, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), strong organizational abilities and project management skills and be a creative and strategic thinker with the ability to lead a team. Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Graduate of a recognized seminary preferred. Must demonstrate appropriate theological, doctrinal, and administrative skills.
