Provide strategic direction in all areas of planning, activation and measurementPartner with Brand Teams and Agency Partners to develop integrated digital marketing strategies across Website/Mobile, SEM/SEO, Online Advertising and Promotions, Digital FSIs and Coupons, Social Media, eCRM, Online Retail Content, eCommerce, Analysis & Reporting for both U.S. and Canada, with expansion into International marketsPursue strategic consumer segmentation for online lead generation marketing, branding and digital consumer engagement toolsCollaborate on digital key performance indicators and success metrics; manage analysis and optimizations; lead digital insights and key learnings analysis to drive organizational understanding of best practicesProactively build relationships, educate and influence Brand Marketing and Sales teams; partner in digital planning and budgetsEnsure active liaison with Marketing Services and collaborate with internal Marketing Services and Parent Company departments, and Agency PartnersContinually monitor new technological and creative developments in the online/digital industryQualifications :

Bachelors in Marketing, Communications or related degree required5-7 years experience with Digital - Websites, Social Media, Consumer Promotion Marketing, Digital Couponing, Search Marketing preferredCPG experience preferred

Enrollment dates are each January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
