WebstaurantStore is an online supply company dedicated to helping businesses build themselves from the ground up. We sell everything from restaurant equipment, frozen lobster, shoes, and napkins + cutlery. Are you looking to join a motivated team that takes pride in their work and their culture? This role's primary focus will be on the design and creation of email marketing campaigns from start to finish. You will also play a key part in helping to establish an email design system.

Skills/Experience (requirements essentially)

At least 3-5 years of experience in product design with a focus on email development and designSolid understanding of basic visual and design principles demonstrated in a portfolioSolid technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email development with an understanding of the difference between coding for the web and coding for email, bonus points for experience coding in liquidStrong experience with design tooling, primarily Figma and Photoshop, and a portfolio of workExperience working with a CRM platform such as Customer.io to implement cross channel solutions (emails, onsite ads, modals, etc.)Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on designing, coding, and documenting innovative email solutions that leverage automation, dynamic content, data-driven segmentation, and other advanced capabilities to drive higher engagement and response ratesCraft mobile-responsive email campaigns using HTML and CSSDesign campaign graphics and establish styles to support targeted campaigns and automated lifecycle solutionsUtilize email testing tools to ensure consistent rendering and accessibility across modern inboxesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize complex email journeysStay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting all deadlines and delivering high-quality workThings we value in a candidate:

Remote work qualifications

Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.Access to a home router and modem.A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.).
