Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join the HomeX Services Group marketing department as a Marketing Coordinator. This position will have exciting exposure to all daily marketing activities, internal/external communications, creative content writing, design, and strategy deployment, under the oversight of the Marketing Manager. This role will be focused on our platform, Haller Enterprises, based in Lititz, PA. This is a full-time, hybrid position, requiring 3 years of experience in marketing. As a key member of our marketing department, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for capturing content for and managing our social media channels, assisting with copywriting tasks across a variety of marketing channels, and analyzing ad data to continually improve performance. The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced marketing environment and working concurrently on numerous projects with specific deadlines. This position has a heavy focus on digital and the ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a digital environment, but also enjoy the aspects of "traditional" brand marketing. Support the Marketing Manager to help develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Manage social media channels including content collection and design, community engagement, and reporting.

Write copy and create visuals for marketing channels including but not limited to, email, website, social media, and digital business listings.

Help shape the brand positioning and narrative to target the proper audience.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to provide recommendations to optimize campaign strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Enjoy working in a small team and embrace diverse project work.

Perform other duties as necessary or as assigned by Marketing Manager.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.

3 or more years of marketing or content creation experience. Services industry experience is a plus.

Proven ability to write content that drives results for digital marketing channels.

Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design and photography principles.

Proficiency and ability to learn marketing tools/platforms such as: Meta Business Suite, ServiceTitan, Wordpress, Chiirp, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Suite, Cloud Campaign, Google Analytics.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.

Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including articulating ideas effectively and receiving feedback.

Ability to analyze and interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Requires constant sitting, standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, pushing, puling, reaching, stooping, stretching and writing.

Requires occasionally travelling distances from offices to various service centers, consumer events, or other designated marketing events.

Candidate must be able to work in a team-based office environment.

Willing to be on-site at our offices in Lititz, PA and/or York, PA as part of a hybrid role (this is not a fully remote position).
