Full-time, SalariedPOSITION MISSION: (The essence of the job)This position will assist the Studio team with coverage in all Studios and focus on providing support for operations in all Studios as well.POSITION OUTCOMES: (What must get done and how will we measure success)Assist with the operational needs of all Studios in conjunction with the rest of the Studio team.Provide studio coverage for all Studios on campus, in conjunction with the rest of the Studio team. This may include nights, weekends and holidays.Complete any administrative needs required by the Studio team.Assist with the Studio Managers on any scheduling or other special requests related to rehearsals.Ensure clients experience a culture of care on campus, promoting services and programs, such as crew care, to provide clients with a unique experience during their stay.Support special projects on campus, as needed.JOB SKILLS:CRITICALLive event industry knowledge, vocabulary and experience required, with a minimum of 3 years working experience.Basic understanding of production elements a must.Strong ability to work with people and form relationships.Excellent communication skills with the ability to share information and ideas in writing, in person and over the phone for mutual understanding.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details are a must.Ability to work on a team, maintain a positive attitude, and be open to learning.Exceptional organization, efficiency, and adaptability are imperative.CULTURALStrong ability to work with people in a friendly, outgoing and helpful manner.Comfortable receiving direction from multiple individuals.Must excel in a fast-paced, demanding, and continuously changing environment.Ability to work on a team, maintain a positive attitude, and be open to learning.Passionate about helping extraordinary projects rehearse for the big event.Willing to work hard, but also have fun in the process.In addition to the functions listed above, the employee is expected to exercise honesty, integrity and respect for all clients and co-workers and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
