Roo (www.roo.vet) has created the first B2B labor marketplace in animal healthcare that connects veterinary professionals with hospitals through innovative technology, with opportunities to expand and offer more opportunities for both our demand & supply of users.

Our dynamic platform enables hospitals to fulfill personnel needs in real time, while allowing high-quality veterinary professionals to secure work at the click of a button. Beyond the platform, Roo represents a growing opportunity to help hospitals meet all-things staffing, and a growing community of resilient vet industry professionals who value flexibility and work-life balance, in addition to providing the best possible outcomes for clients and their pets.

Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy to engage each of Roo's users at every stage of their journey.Manage our Lifecycle Marketing Manager who's focused on streamlining communications to all of Roo's usersPlan and execute communications across multiple channels including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.Analyze customer behavior and segment audiences to tailor messaging and increase engagement.Lead Roo's loyalty program aimed at increasing retention and engagement among Roo's most valuable users.Identify key metrics to measure the success of the loyalty program and regularly report on its performance.Continuously optimize the loyalty program based on user feedback and data-driven insights.Create and implement promotional campaigns to incentivize Roo's users to increase engagement on the platformCollaborate with the Product & Growth teams to identify target segments and forecast results for promotional efforts.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.Manage a seven-figure budget for lifecycle marketing, loyalty programs, and promotional activities.Allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment and achieve company-level goals.Qualifications

7+ years working in lifecycle marketingExperience with Braze is requiredExperience with Hubspot or another CRM platform is requiredExperience in B2B or marketplace user engagementExperience with mobile apps (push notifications)Proven track record of user growth and engagement/retentionStrategic mindset combined with ability to execute effectivelyAnalytically driven, with a creative mindsetAbility to grasp every touch point in the user journey flowAbility to relate to our veterinary & hospitals users, having an empathy-based mindsetAbility to plan, organize, prioritize, executive multiple activities/projects simultaneouslyAbility to manage and report out topline/executive updates while "rolling the sleeves" working on day-to-day activitiesFlexibility and agility - this is an early stage startup environmentCollaborative with team members within & across USPositive, can-do attitude!

$120,000 - $180,000 a year

Since we're a remote first company, compensation ranges are based on where you live. Please see below for examples of compensation ranges based on some specific cities.

San Francisco / New York $150,000 - $180,000

Seattle / Boston $135,000 - $160,000

Austin / Atlanta $125,000 - $150,000

Raleigh / Minneapolis $120,000 - $145,000

Base salary is commensurate with experience and geographic location.
