Job Description
A popular footwear/apparel company in Beaverton Oregon is seeking a HR Process Designer to join their team. This individual will be working within the Experience Delivery Team and side by side with the HR Systems group. They are seeking an individual who has end to end process design experience within an enterprise level human resources team. This individual will collaborate closely with the HR Systems group to design and refine HR processes within a matrixed environment. This individuals expertise will be crucial in creating new processes and optimizing existing ones in Workday. This individual will collaborate closely with system product owners and change managers to ensure seamless process integration. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working within an ambiguous environment, strong experience within Workday and be able to converse with technical team members.
