Bathing Brands, a national leader in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of steam and sauna bathing environments, is searching for a full-time Marketing Project Coordinator.
This multifaceted role will combine your Marketing Project coordination expertise with event planning skills and market research capabilities to ensure the seamless execution of our marketing initiatives. As Marketing Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the creative development process to include but not limited to video productions, photo shoots, social media and digital assets, printed materials, and coordinating large-scale events.
Responsibilities
Manage marketing projects from conception to completionOversee and coordinate work of graphic designers and copywritersDevelop project timelines and ensure deadlines are metFacilitate communication between creative teams and stakeholdersManage project budgets and resourcesEnsure brand consistency across all marketing materialsIdentify and resolve project issues and bottlenecksReport project status to upper management on a weekly basisImplement and maintain project management tools and processesRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldAt least 5 years’ on-the-job experience in marketing project managementExperience with project management software tools such as Asana is requiredStrong understanding of creative processes and design principlesExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in project management softwareStrong communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectsAgency experience is highly valuedWhen you join Bathing Brands, not only do you get to work with some great folks, but you’ll enjoy comprehensive benefits too.
