Who We Are Looking For?beem® Light Sauna is seeking a creative, dedicated, problem-solver, and analytical Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. This pivotal role will drive marketing operations for our rapidly growing national franchise. We are looking for a candidate who thrives on building systems, is deeply driven by data, and is eager to join a team where they can make an immediate and substantial impact.As a Marketing Coordinator, a typical day might include a mix of the following:Optimize paid social advertisement efforts tailored to increase the pool of potential members and franchisee candidates.Provide marketing support and produce marketing materials, including SOPs, resource guides, flyers, network update emails, etc.Track and report on email and text KPIs, focusing on areas of optimization for lead nurture and re-engagement.Participate in strategy sessions to promote lead generation for potential members and franchisee candidates.Conduct customer retention surveys and calls to gather feedback, identify market trends, and implement strategies for improvement.Stay up to date on market insights, lead generation tools, and competitor marketing strategies.Provide support to the marketing team on various marketing administrative tasks.What You Woud bring to the beem® Light Sauna Team?Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Experience in digital advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, or a related marketing role, part-time or full-time internship.What We're Looking for?Strong understanding of the marketing lifecycle.Excellent communication and creative skills, with a talent for crafting engaging content.Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Team player attitude, with an eagerness to collaborate.Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software is a plus.
