Social Media Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Social Media Coordinator to join our upscale plastic surgery center! This position will be full-time Monday - Friday at our Huntersville and South Park locations. This is an in office position.
A bit about the position:
Works to capture content of multiple providers to be posted on social media and other electronic marketing outlets.
What can you expect in the role:
Capturing videos, photographs, and other content.Tailor content to the audience and channels, ensuring it’s informative, appealing, and written to a high standard.Collaborate with marketing team to develop campaigns that align with the company’s brand image.Oversee social media content, monitor user engagement, and suggest content optimization.Foster customer engagement and loyalty, provide customer support, and monitor and manage the organization’s online reputation.Helps to manage social media crisis situations, such as angry comments, inappropriate posts, or a hacked business page.What we are looking for in a candidate:
Associate’s degree in Marketing or a related field.Six months of related experience.Equivalent combination of education and experience.Creative skills to include videography, photography and content capturing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
