If you are considering sending an application, make sure to hit the apply button below after reading through the entire description.Job Summary:We are seeking a Paid Media Coordinator to help assist with the development and execution of media campaigns. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, creative, strategic, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and quick to adapt to change.In this role, you will have the opportunity to help drive results through campaigns and participate in planning for acquisition and creative strategy. You’ll work on paid social campaigns as well as growth opportunities such as affiliate, international expansion, and other similar opportunities.Please note: this is a contractor position that will pay $41 per hour for an estimated 35 hours per week. This role is not eligible for benefits. Our Marketing team works onsite in Gardena on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.What You’ll Do:Project Management: (60% - biggest priority in this role)Manage deliverables and timelines across various departmentsCommunicate with the team on project status and ensure deadlines are metLead different groups of individuals on ad hoc projectsSupport Growth Operations by managing creative processes, timelines and external creative agenciesCollaborate with paid social, retention, creative and other cross-functional teams to create campaign and creative strategiesAd Management: (25%)Manage campaigns with clear marketing KPIs in mind, whose goals may be acquisition, direct response or engagementManage and analyze A/B tests on all aspects of campaigns and creativeAnalysis: (15%)Diligently monitor the performance and continuously optimize in order to grow sales while hitting efficiency goalsProvide insights to help the full marketing team improve efforts, including messages that drive engagement and sales, the impact of promotions, and similar analysisConduct market research of other e-commerce and competitor marketing best practicesMaintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of strategies and opportunities in paid media (attribution, best practices, betas, ad network updates, innovation opportunities, etc.)Collaborate with contractors, agencies, and 3rd party vendors when neededWhat You’ll Need to Have:Required:Agency and/or ecommerce experience is a plusA proven track record and expert level of experience with Digital Media and/or advertisingStrong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CVR)1+ years of experience in managing paid social campaignsExpertise in Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsStrong project management skills with expertise in Asana or other project management toolsAnalytical with strong quantitative skillsOrganized and detail oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environmentExcitement for start-ups and building from the ground upBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceKnowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a plusCompensation:$41 per hour, 35 hours a weekAt Ruggable, we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
