OpportunityThe Communications Leader, Change Management, IT (CM & C Leader) plays a key role in the Technology Governance Office (TGO). This person is responsible for ensuring that “IT for IT” major projects and key strategic initiatives incorporate change management, communication, and training plans. This person will partner the IT executives on thought leadership for organizational and stakeholder communications.Specific Responsibilities•Champion and continuously improve the TGO established framework for change management and communication to be used for all “IT for IT” major projects and key strategic initiatives.•Act as the change management lead on “IT for IT” major projects and initiatives as assigned, utilizing the change management framework as outlined in the TGO Resource Hub.•Responsible for the delivery, facilitation, design, development, and implementation of content to support the project change management and communication needs.•Responsible for execution of change management scope, schedule, and budget.•Create and/or edit change management toolkits, training materials, communications, and resources to help project adoption by associates.•Create documentation and other self-study materials such as job aids and user guides.•Consult with management, business partners, and project teams to determine appropriate solutions for communication, training and change management.•Work with global cross-functional teams to identify unique business/regional needs while balancing the overall purpose and business requirements of the identified project.•Partner with IT executives on change management and communications needs for their teams and stakeholders.•Consult on organizational communications, stakeholder communications, thought leadership, and communication plans.•Develop creative communications, presentations (e.g., town halls), and other materials as needed.•Connect regularly with Director – Internal Associate Communications and communication peers within Kohler’s business units to seek opportunities to showcase or educate on IT initiatives.•Maintain and update the “About IT” SharePoint page as the organization evolves.•Research, write, and publish engaging articles (IT Success Stories) on KOHLER Now celebrating IT teams’ achievements and involvement on projects that make a positive impact in Kohler.•Continuously research, evaluate, and use best change management models suitable for the Kohler work environment and culture. Attend change management and internal communications conferences and continue building knowledge.Own and execute monthly Leadership Group Update•Create deck, consult on agenda with monthly host, and ensure all presenters are ready•Send slides and recap out to audience post-meeting•Ensure agenda is relevant and engaging to audience

Skills/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism.• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.• Experienced with leading change management at a project level.• Proven experience conducting and executing a stakeholder assessment and strategy.• Has a systematic approach to seeking feedback and incorporating it into a change management program.• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Excellent presentation and delivery skills, developing communication plans, and deliverables (e.g., email, PowerPoint, visual media, etc.).• Ability to design in a variety of media/delivery methods• Self-starter and possesses flexibility to work in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations, with proven ability to succeed with little direction.• Ability to handle the day-to-day management and prioritization of workload, and resolution of problems and issues.• Experience managing project team deliverables and implementing action plans to meet objectives.• Ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles, and develop processes that scale across the IT organization.• Excellent influencing, leadership, conflict resolution, and people skills.• Certificate in change management from a change management certifying body a plus• Further education in business administration, operations, or project management a plus.• Requires 3-5 years in change management and internal associate communications or in similar fields.

Thesalary range for this position is $79,500 - $100,450. The specific salaryoffered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors includingthe candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
