In this pivotal role, you'll lead the charge in shaping strategic content initiatives, developing robust frameworks, and implementing benchmarking systems to tackle key content challenges. You'll collaborate closely with our leadership team during strategy reviews, stay ahead of industry trends, and conduct in-depth financial analyses to drive crucial content licensing negotiations. Join us and be at the forefront of our strategic decision-making initiatives, making a tangible impact on our global content licensing business!Responsibilities include but not limited to:Manage the development of frameworks and analyses for assessing key strategic questions around contentDevelop and implement benchmarking systems and processes to support analyses and recommendationsProvide support for senior management, including strategy reviews, presentations, and other leadership meetingsMonitor region’s macroeconomic trends, programming trends, competitive landscape and new technologies for deep dive territory reviews and organic business opportunitiesRun financial analysis and models for larger, key content licensing deal negotiationsMaintain streamlined business practices across key deal terms and pricing benchmarkingSupport sales teams in crafting long-term content licensing agreements throughout the negotiation processCollaborate with other teams to build the tools and processes necessary to drive strategy and analysis initiativesMaintain an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and competitive activityBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or similar field8+ years of work experience, including 2+ years’ experience in global content licensing supporting business development, sales strategy, or finance in the media/entertainment industryExperience wrangling large data sets, writing SQL queries, and/or using data visualization/manipulation tools like Looker, Tableau, and MicroStrategyProficiency with Microsoft Suite of products, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Salesforce a plusExcellent analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities, with a deep attention to detailExperience building executive-level materials, with a keen eye for presentation design, and the ability to distill complex concepts and analyses into clear, easy-to-understand presentationsAdditional Qualifications:Possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, focus on generating results, and exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethicsAbility to navigate within complex and/or matrixed organizationsStrong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skillsCollaborative teammate able to optimally partner with colleagues at various levels across the team and broader organization#LI-hybrid

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
