Come and do the best and most exciting work of your career at Apple!We are currently seeking a PR Manager/Senior PR Manager to join our corporate communications team as a highly creative, dynamic storyteller who can establish and maintain lasting relationships with press, social media influencers, and technical experts such as industry analysts and journalists covering the silicon industry.DescriptionAs the ideal candidate, you will be able to distill the differentiating qualities and user benefits of Apple’s chips and other hardware technologies to both technical and mainstream audiences via a broad mix of media. You will drive impactful coverage and feature stories.Responsibilities also include the planning and execution of major product PR launches, momentum activities for Apple silicon and other hardware technologies, writing and developing thoughtful pitches and press materials, staffing events and media briefings, and identifying and managing issues in a continuous news cycle. You should have a keen ability to prioritize, focus, and simplify key priorities and opportunities, executing projects with a relentless attention to detail. We deeply understand the customer experience and the vital role Apple silicon plays in delivering it. You will translate that into highly relevant and engaging communications to forge deeper connections with users — both current and potential.Minimum QualificationsA minimum of 7 years' experience in public relations — PR agency or corporate settings — or other related field(s).Key Qualifications

Preferred QualificationsExperience effectively communicating the intricacies of silicon chips, platform architecture, or similarly complex technologiesStrong media and influencer relationships and a proven track record developing and placing storiesCreative mindset that finds new ways to tell compelling, technically-rich stories in easily understood waysExperience managing launches/events and momentum PR programsCan work seamlessly across product marketing, engineering, and other internal stakeholders, going deep into technological detailsStrong organizational skills, the ability to focus and simplify tasks while managing multiple projects and programs from start to finishExcellent writing and editing skills, able to develop pitches and press materialsAbility to quickly analyze media coverage and sentiment, see around corners and apply insights to the team’s workEffective collaborator who will work cross functionally across teams and geographies while demonstrating integrity at all timesEducation & Experience

Additional RequirementsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $269,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
