Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Developing look and feel by modeling and animating stylized 3D environments and assets using both real and mocked data sources. Working with other design teams to develop a coherent vision for new experiences. Producing rendered animations and stills for presentation and prototyping purposes. Developing 2D and 3D iconography concepts and deliverables. Developing and maintaining a consistent aesthetic and contributing documentation to a style guide. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 - $264,200/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- 5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- Organic 3D Modeling: Creating natural 3D assets such as characters and vegetation for use in runtime environments using organic modeling software and techniques.
- Hard Surface 3D Modeling: Creating detailed 3D models of assets like buildings, architectural elements and cars for use in runtime environments using hard surface modeling techniques.
- Compositing & Color Correction: Integrating rendered images into 2D compositions. Adjusting color, lighting, and manipulating visuals as needed for use in presentations and product deliverables.
- Lighting: Producing rendering lit scenes of modeled assets for review using industry-standard renderers.
- 3D Animation: Visualizing animated three-dimensional video to use within the experience of the application and creating concepts of animated three-dimensional assets including buildings, trees, cars, bridges, icons, and characters.
- 3D Asset & Texture: Creating textures for assets in different application states and optimizing textures for display in run-time environments.
- 3D Character design: Creating illustrated character concepts and graphics for use in iconography and annotations.
