The role involves defining global content strategies for Siri in multiple languages, developing and writing character-aligned responses in German, and refining Siri’s dialogs. Responsibilities include reviewing dialog suggestions, translating content from English to German, maintaining style and editorial guidelines, ensuring quality assurance, mentoring junior writers, and possibly contributing to design work. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications, with a base pay range between $179,878 and $264,200 annually. Additional bonuses or relocation assistance may be available. Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Communications or a related field, with 5 years of relevant experience. At least 1 year of experience in: Writing, editing, translating, and adapting scripts or dialogs for Siri or similar platforms. Developing content strategies and adjusting use cases for intent, style, tone, and context. Translating content from US-English to German, maintaining original intent and style. Editing dialogs for word choice, tone, and style. Reviewing dialogs for style, tone, and content strategy. Proofreading in both German and English for spelling and grammatical accuracy. Language proficiency in German: Native or equivalent speaking, reading, and writing skills. Preferred Qualifications
