Base pay range $50.00/hr - $55.00/hr Job Title: Marketing - Project Manager Location: Remote, preference is for candidates local to New York, NY or San Francisco, CA Max Pay Rate: $50-55 Contract: 6 months NO SPONSORSHIP || ONLY W2 About Gap Marketing Shared Services/Media Shared Services Marketing at Gap Inc. is undergoing a major transformation and is seeking exceptional talent for the newly formed Marketing Shared Services organization. Marketing Shared Services is a centralized team that will lead the standardization and innovation of key functions, including Media, Marketing Enablement, and Marketing Intelligence, across all four of Gap Inc.’s iconic brands. Within the Marketing Shared Services organization, the Media Shared Services group will consist of a combination of centralized and embedded resources that will drive a consistent approach to media planning and activation across the portfolio. The team will leverage strategic acumen, deep functional expertise, and scale across the organization to be a demonstrable force multiplier for the brands it serves. About the Role The Manager, Video is responsible for end-to-end management of ad trafficking across multiple Gap Inc brands, and standardizing asset management across our portfolio of brands. This role is part of a new approach for Gap Inc., providing a centralized activation arm for video investment across Gap Inc.’s brands. In this role, you will work closely with the Video lead, brand marketing, creative, production teams, and Gap Inc.’s Media Agency partners to drive efficiency and effectiveness primarily in the programmatic, social and direct video landscape. What You’ll Do Manage video creative trafficking for Athleta, Gap and BR brands, working closely with production and creative teams on asset delivery. Support in asset management and trafficking for brand media assets - display banners, audio ads and custom content. Lead standardization of Airtable usage across Gap, Athleta and BR. Work with channel activation and channel planning, brand marketing and creative teams on briefing video specs for product and brand stories. Lead communication with media agency and creative teams, ensuring that all ads are launched in a timely manner and that best practices are followed. Consistently manage workflows with creative teams and production teams and meet agency SLAs for campaigns. Work with video team to conduct research and identify video innovation opportunities and best practices. Establish and drive continuous improvements to creative workflows. Support video team in sharing video insights for the Gap Inc portfolio. Effectively execute strategy, pursue business and marketing objectives, manage media campaigns, and adopt innovations and best practices. Support planning of media campaigns to advance company and brand-specific goals. Demonstrate ability to work independently and facilitate collaboration. Execute the directives of Gap Inc.’s mission and communicate effectively. Demonstrate subject matter expertise, strong presentation and communication skills, and showcase initiative. Who You Are 4+ years marketing experience with 3+ years’ experience in paid media. Experience planning and executing brand media, programmatic and direct campaigns. Knowledge of video landscape, creative best practices, and trends. Experience in a highly complex, matrixed organization. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work through ambiguity.
