Key Accountabilities:

Lead strategy and oversee successful execution of marketing campaigns that support commercial sales, growth and retention goals, and aligns with organizational business goals and priorities

Collaborate with leaders across the organization to validate priorities, ensure alignment and establish critical partnerships that help advance and improve Medica's position in the market through effective employer, broker, member and provider marketing campaigns and communications and deliver successful commercial go-to-market strategies

Participate in strategic planning and supporting efforts to evolve and deliver on the short and long-term Commercial Marketing goals and the broader commercial segments and organization

Lead the pursuit of operational excellence through automation, streamlined processes and data-driven practice across commercial marketing team to optimize ROI, reduce admin costs & drive results

Develop and deliver strategic marketing and member/employer/provider experience plans that drive personalization, customization, operational efficiencies, support improved audience experience (onboarding, retention, clinical and quality measures)

Develop and drive digital adoption and self-service programs and tools

Develop strategic marketing plans to support Accountable Care Organization (ACO) partnerships and optimize personalization and customization of differentiated message and experience.

Act as a strategic partner to the Commercial Markets leadership tea

Develop a data driven approach to commercial marketing and experience

Develop and deliver regular campaign performance updates featuring key KPIs and action plans.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

10+ years related health care experience & leadership experience, B2B, commercial marketing experience within a health care organization

Demonstrated experience leading, managing and coaching high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment

Experience developing complex go-to-market strategic plans, developing KPIs, optimizing and measuring performance

Experience collaborating with key stakeholders to define goals and objectives to develop strategic marketing plans meet aligned upon KPIs

Health care marketing experience (B2B and BTC)

Demonstrated strategic thought leadership and creative approaches to integrate business plans and strategy with customer experience

Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in team-based environments and successfully leading and developing high-performing teams

Skills and Abilities:

Exceptional verbal, written and presentation communications skills

Data-driven in approach to decision-making

Demonstrated ability to manage teams with multiple objectives and priorities across multiple key projects

Strong change management leadership expertise and leading high performing team through change Strong ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization, juggling multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and consistently meeting aggressive deadlines within a dynamic and rapidly changing environment

Demonstrated ability to lead by influence, develop proposals and business cases while creating buy-in and trust with key stakeholders

This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated office - Minnetonka, MN, Madison, WI or Omaha, NE - for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.

The full salary range for this position is $124,600 - $213,600. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
