Job Description Summary

This position will manage and execute on a variety of B2B Marketing campaigns and strategies to generate leads and brand awareness including strategic planning and content creation. This position will also supervise the day-to-day of a team of 4 in a broad array of marketing activities including, email campaigns, trade shows, social media, digital design, and internal communication. Additionally, this position will represent the Marketing Team in cross functional groups and manage cross collaboration between different departments on various work and initiatives.

What You'll Do
  • Manage support team and day-to-day implementation and execution of marketing strategies including, but not limited to, managing workflow, establishing priorities, administering assignments, tracking progress, and ensuring execution of projects and work with highest level of accuracy, quality, and efficiency across the entire team.
  • Maintain thorough and up to date product knowledge to be able to assist in the development of strategies and tactics to promote our brand and drive qualified leads and retain customers through a variety of channels including developing briefs and engaging content and guiding creative direction to meet objectives.
  • Represent the marketing team with cross-function groups including sales, sales support, operations, customer service teams. Create strong relationships for collaboration and be marketing subject matter expert providing consultative guidance and recommendations on marketing and communication needs. Act as liaison between FIRST and Wintrust Marketing Team to ensure collaboration, alignment, and the appropriate flow of information and requests.
  • Proof and approve design and content of marketing materials and components for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.


Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience
  • Experience: 5-7 years in B2B Marketing
  • Experience managing teams with a broad array of Marketing responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Advanced understanding of print and web design principles and processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong writing and proof-reading skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
