0-2 yearsDuties/ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize field marketing programs, including brick-and-mortar events such as trade shows, meet-ups, and executive meets, as well as webinars and digital marketing programs. Lead cross-functional team, including business development and sales, to manage event presence and executionSet up and tear down booth and drive traffic to the booth by actively engaging and networking with prospectsDiligently monitor and report on event performance and document what worked as well as areas for improvement to ensure robust follow-up with leadsProvide ad hoc support for various other marketing activities, depending on interest and skillsEducation and Experience0-2 years of relevant experience in event marketing coordination and execution in the tech industry Track record of diligent, best-practice execution and optimization of programsDiploma from an accredited college/universityExcellent oral and written communication skillsExperience with B2B SaaS companies in the contact center/customer experience/knowledge management space is a plus.20% travel will be requiredAttributesSelf-motivated, proactive, and diligentCollaborative and transparentHungry to make a differenceAligned with eGain values and strategyOur Hiring Process is Easy with eGainStep 1: Written test (takes 120 minutes)Aptitude sectionFunctional sectionWe will let you know within 2 business days of your taking the test if you have progressed to the interview stage.
