Position Summary :The Marketing Manager New Openings will lead projects to support our new locationopenings across the North American region.
This position assists the Marketing team through both creative and administrative tasks, executes and assists marketing campaigns for new locations, and plays an integral part in bringing our brand to life!
Key Responsibilities :•
Opening Campaign :o Create, develop, implement, and execute highly localized marketing and communication plans for new brick and mortar openings for various channelso Manage content creation and production in close collaboration with our creative teamo Manage and optimize paid media campaigns in collaboration with our media agency•
Opening Activations :o Create and execute opening activations in close collaboration with our management,fitness, creative, event, retail, and social media & brand influencer teamso Source and present collaborations with local vendors for a successful opening periodo Be our champion on the ground and make sure our new members have the bestbrand experience possible•
Planning and Reporting :o Own opening budgets, project plans, and timelines/schedules• Act as a liaison between all external partners and internal stakeholders to maintain clearcommunication throughout the presale and opening phases Provide insights, learnings,and opportunities for continued improvement of the opening process• Any other projects/duties as assigned
Competencies & Qualifications :• Minimum of 5 years of Marketing/Promotions/Advertising experience with at least 2-3years working with regional/national multi-unit chains, background in fitness and wellnessis a plus• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related degree highly preferred• Experience managing events and campaigns for brick-and-mortar business openings orField Marketing• Creative mind with ability to adapt overall national strategy into tangible localizedopening activities and events• Proactive communicator with a hands-on mentality and strong organizational skills• Must be able to build relationships, genuine connections, and trust, both internally andexternally• Must have exceptional time-management skills and be able to execute tasks andresponsibilities in an ever-changing environment• Exercise good judgment in decision making• Must be able to travel to various fitness clubs and support centers
