We need a skilled, quick-working Designer to join our team. You'll be responsible for creating ads for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, as well as designing web pages for both mobile and desktop, including checkout pages. You'll work closely with decision-makers and see the direct impact of your work.Responsibilities:Design static ads for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTokCreate web page designs for mobile and desktopDevelop checkout page designsRapidly produce new versions of existing brand designs based on feedbackCollaborate with product managers and business decision-makersIdeal Candidate:Quick and efficient (this is crucial)Comfortable working with detailed input and close directionSkilled at updating and improving existing brand designsThis Role is Perfect for You if:You enjoy working directly with decision-makersYou like working on new projects every weekYou thrive on quick iteration and seeing results fastYou're eager to learn from immediate feedback on your designsYou're okay with close guidance from product managersThis Role is Not for You if:You want full creative controlYou prefer long-term projectsYou work at a slower paceRequirements:Must be based in San DiegoProficiency in Figma and CanvaAbility to work in a hybrid setting (both in-office and remote)Comfortable utilizing AI tools for increased speed
