Paid Social Strategy: Help manage a targeted paid social media strategy for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging paid social channels, aligning with our growth objectives and market positioning.
Campaign Optimization: Use your knowledge of audience targeting and bidding practices to enhance performance campaign results.
Creative Synergy: Work closely with our creative team to develop ads that capture attention and convert, while staying ahead of the curve with innovative approaches.
Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze and present recommendations based campaign results to leadership to help guide strategic alignment.
Conversion Excellence: Partner with the CRO team to optimize landing pages tailored to the unique demands of social media, maximizing conversions.
Unified Messaging: Ensure our paid social efforts complement and amplify our overall marketing strategy, maintaining cohesive branding across all channels.
Ownership and Ambition: Approach your role with an owner's mindset, eager to innovate and drive significant growth within ClickUp.
Who We're Looking For:
Experience Counts: ~3 years in performance marketing, with hands-on experience managing ad spends of $100k+ on social platforms.
Track Record of Success: Ability to showcase past achievements in similar roles, demonstrating your capability to excel in a dynamic environment.
Social Media Savvy: Proficient with social advertising platforms, understanding their nuances and how to leverage them for maximum impact.
Analytical Mind: Strong analytical skills, comfortable with performance marketing tools, and able to make data-driven decisions to shape our strategies.

Salary range: $80,000 - $104,000
