The RoleFor The Record seeks a motivated, creative, and talented professional to join our growing global Marketing & Communications team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated skills in graphic design and video production, as well as experience coordinating or planning events. Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:Managing event logistics, such as booth set up, marketing collateral inventory, vendor research, printing, and shipping.Supporting the creation of templated content through writing and graphic design.Designing event signage, as well as drafting pre- and post-event communications.Capturing and editing short event videos for social media.Assisting with social media, digital marketing, and product marketing campaigns.About youYou embody creativity, especially in terms of delivering memorable event experiences that align with our brand and generate leads.You enjoy planning and executing impactful marketing events, including trade shows and webinars.You are proactive and organized, always searching for an interesting opportunity to conduct outreach and/or enhance awareness of For The Record and industry issues.You think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances with out-of-the-box solutions.You have experience creating content in different mediums, including video, infographics, and presentations.You have 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.You are passionate about equality, justice, and making the world a better place, one small act at a time.Other requirements:Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and InDesign, as well as Canva, required.Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, journalism, and/or public relations.Experience in MailChimp (or Constant Contact), WordPress, Microsoft Office, and Figma is desired, but not essential.Ability to undergo a successful background check.Willing to travel (approximately 10% to 15%).Willing to meet with global team outside normal business hours.About usFor The Record develops digital audio, visual, and record-keeping innovations that modernize legal proceedings and accelerate access to justice.Audio engineering expertise and three decades of courtroom experience inform every aspect of the company's technology, which includes the world's most widely used court recording software, FTR Gold, and instant speech-to-text platform, FTR RealTime.
