Creditors Rights Attorney

A law firm in Woburn, MA, is seeking an experienced Creditor's Rights Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cases related to consumer credit collections, utilizing their knowledge of state laws and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) to provide effective legal representation.
