InPlace Marketing, a fast-paced marketing agency in Tampa, is looking for a graphic designer to join our team. If marketing and design is your specialty, this is the position for you.Responsibilities:Design a variety of marketing pieces including advertisements, social graphics, emails, landing pages and other marketing collateralWork creatively and quickly meeting quality and accuracy standardsAbility to prioritize projects, communicate progress, and deliver on timeWork collaboratively, presenting your work for internal critiques and team reviewsUnderstanding of and experience in branding, layout, and typography in both print and digital media.Experience & Qualifications:Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative SuiteStrong design, time management, organizational, and communication skillsDependable, solid work ethic, detail-oriented, self- motivatedCreative and innovative problem solverTake direction well, but also able to make decisions and initiativeFamiliarity with coding CSS and HTMLExperience with UX design preferred but not requiredPortfolio demonstrating a strong design aesthetic and versatility is requiredDrawing or illustration skills are a plus, but not requiredJob PerksCompetitive pay401(k) + medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offHybrid Position (3 days in office) _TAMPA FL based
