Graphic DesignerPosition Description:Every year, our client hosts its large Operations-focused conference in Las Vegas. The event is an opportunity for associates, franchisees, and vendors to come together to celebrate successes from the previous year and rally around strategic focus areas for the year ahead. Our client is looking for a graphic designer to support this event by developing a design system and executing designs across a wide range of media, from large format digital backplates during high-profile presentations to small format digital screens throughout the exhibit space.Key Responsibilities:Support the development, execution, and maintenance of the event design guidelines and standardsPartner with stakeholders to understand goals, strategies and target audiencesAttend and participate in collaborative brainstorming sessionsTranslate brand stories and data into clear, compelling visual presentationsDevelop branded charts, graphs, tables, icons, illustrations and infographicsProduce consistent and compelling graphics across digital formats, as well as print when neededAttend in-person events to provide presentation support, as neededLeverage technical and aesthetic expertise in developing layouts and visual assetsWork with a broad range of internal stakeholders to complete projects on time and on brandEnsure design compliance with project needs and visual brand standardsActively seek and incorporate feedback on project contributionsBuild and maintain a mastery of emerging design trends and best practices for large eventsManage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environmentQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Fine Art, Graphic Design or related field4+ years of graphic design experience in a corporate or agency settingProficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g.: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Motion/Video capabilities are a plus.Proficient with Keynote and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)A strong portfolio with impactful, imaginative design work for print and digitalProven understanding of layout, color, typography and imageryOutstanding written, verbal and visual communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal communications and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaborate with a diverse teamAbility to effectively present and support design recommendations according to the project briefWillingness to contribute to creative development and brainstorming sessionsComfortable working with a range of internal stakeholders across multiple departmentsExceptional time management skills and attention to detail
