Job Title - Pay RateOur client is is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team to help drive sales and marketing efforts in West Michigan.Don't wait apply today!SALES/MARKETING POSITIONPerform outreach and job development to employers regarding the benefits of working with Starting Over for Success (a non-profit organization)/Offender Success Program for their employment needs and to develop and implement employer recruiting strategies for Allegan County and Ottawa County.Employer Search Services to Be Provided
Referral of the parolee/probationer to employment opportunitiesAssistance in communication regarding available employment opportunities with Program MgrWork 15-20 hours per week contacting prospective employer via person-to-person appointment, emails, and phone calls; tracking number of contacts made each weekContact with potential employers promoting the hiring of the parolee/probationerContact with employer to assist/intervene in issues to encourage job retention. This service must be completed within the first 2 weeks of employment and is considered building rapport for continued business growth.Work with Parole/Probation staff to facilitate Employment Workshops, Job Fairs, and Orientations in conjunction with the S.O.S. Program Manager.
Compensation $20 per hour, Quarterly commission, based on growth of employers partnered with the SOS/Offender Success program and with employees working at least 40 hours per week.
Gas mileage for meetings with employers is paid at .50 per mile.
