Digital Marketing ManagerThe Digital Marketing Manager will spearhead our efforts to revolutionize how we engage with our B2B audience. Harnessing your analytical prowess and creative vision, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and maximizing ROI. This role is critical in transforming our marketing strategies through data analysis, ensuring our campaigns are both effective and efficient.Key Job Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, PPC, etc.)Segment and target audiences based on data insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance.Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and inform marketing strategies.Develop and maintain marketing dashboards to track performance metrics.Utilize statistical methods to forecast and report on marketing performance.Manage and analyze customer data within the CRM system to drive personalized marketing efforts.Work closely with the executive team to align data insights with overall marketing strategy.Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted messaging and campaigns that resonate with customers.Skills and Abilities:Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.Proficiency in analyzing marketing data using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other CRM platforms to derive actionable insights.Understanding of statistical concepts and techniques such as regression analysis, A/B testing, and predictive modeling.Capability to measure and report on marketing campaign performance metrics such as ROI, CPL (Cost Per Lead), and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).Strong project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns while adhering to timelines and budgets.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and data analytics.Ability to adapt to evolving trends in data-driven marketing and continuously learn new tools and techniques to stay ahead in the field.Experience and Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in a data-driven marketing role.Experience in the fintech industry a plus.Experience with lead generation.Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Experience in customer segmentation strategies based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data to personalize marketing efforts.
