Job Details

This position will be responsible for implementing key critical digital marketing strategies aimed at achieving immediate success of the year-round activations. This includes managing all digital aspects (e.g., web, social media, email/SMS, app, etc.) associated with the programming inside the building and executing social and digital strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities

Support Director, Digital Marketing in launching social and digital channels to promote programming strategyCollaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager, marketing team, third-party agencies, and third-party vendors to create and manage email campaigns, landing pages, website, and digital content, paid search, display, video, and social media advertising, leveraging the appropriate technical tools and optimizing user experienceDevelop and maintain a content calendar, covering all social channels, website, and appDraft copy tailored to each social platform's specific audience, as well as for other needs, such as website and email initiativesManage and deliver results on multiple digital marketing initiatives simultaneouslyAnalyze the performance of marketing campaigns, make recommendations and take action to optimize resultsLiaise with contact for brand marketing for day-to-day needs, including adhoc requests and ensuring all marketing efforts are staying within brand standardsTraffic cross-functional creative projects with third party agencies and requesting departmentsStay current and educate others on frequent platform updatesEstablish ongoing meeting cadence with Creative team regarding content creation, providing insights, direction, and feedback as neededExecute digital marketing requirements with both the Las Vegas Grand Prix and Grand Prix Plaza teamsCoordinate content production shoots as neededOther responsibilities as needed.

Skills and Experience

Three (3+) years of experience in marketing working alongside third-party marketing agenciesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experienceProgressive and forward-thinking style, comfortable with change and embracing innovationDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a deadline-driven environmentA self-starter who effectively manages their time and excels in a high-energy, fast-paced environmentAbility to exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations and making decisionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrevious experience working in the sports industry or live events is a plusMust demonstrate an active use and basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand managementMust be available to work flexible hours
