Freelance Handbag Designer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing handbags for the moderate, missy, and junior price points. This role involves creating innovative and stylish handbag designs that resonate with our target market while meeting quality and cost requirements.Location:

Start ASAP. This is an ongoing freelance roleSalary:
$40-$50/hourResponsibilities:Design and Development:Create original and trend-driven handbag designs for moderate, missy, and junior price points.Develop detailed sketches, tech packs, and specifications for each design.Select appropriate materials, hardware, and embellishments to enhance design aesthetics and functionality.Ensure designs are aligned with brand identity and market trends.Trend Analysis and Research:Stay updated on fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the moderate, missy, and junior markets.Incorporate trend insights into handbag designs to maintain relevance and appeal.Requirements:Experience as a handbag designer, preferably within the moderate, missy, and junior price points.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of handbag designs and successful product launches.Experience with prints preferredProficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD programs.Understanding of handbag construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for fashion trends.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Effective communication and collaboration skills.OUR NYC DRIVEForged in the heart of New York City's fashion district, American Exchange Group is driven to blend fast fashion and current trends with classic styles.
