We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help drive our marketing initiatives of brand awareness and lead generation.

This is an in-person role located in Summerville, SC.

Job Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Director of Operations in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote Roni and Co.'s real estate services. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with excellent organizational skills. The successful candidate will assist in the development of marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, coordinate events, and create marketing materials.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management:• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote properties, services, and brand awareness.• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Content Creation:• Create content for newsletters, mailers, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) real estate pages.• Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

Social Media Management:• Develop and maintain the content calendar for social media.• Track social media metrics and ROI monthly and report to DOO.• Ensure brand consistency and authority.• Engagement with followers through messaging, commenting, and liking posts.• Grow and maintain followers and fans.•

Website Management• Collaborate with Digital Content Creator for SEO on our website.• Collaborate with the website team for maintenance, consisting of bi-weekly reviews for typed errors or issues with widgets.• Creative ideas for website improvements.

Event Coordination:• Collaborate with DOO to plan and coordinate marketing events such as open houses, property showcases, and community events.• Manage event logistics, including invitations, and on-site support.

Market Research:• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.• Analyze competitors and gather data to support marketing strategies.

Collaboration:• Work closely with the DOO and Rainmaker to align marketing efforts with sales goals.• Coordinate social media posts• Digital Content Creator.

Qualifications

• BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.• Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.• Must be driven with strong written and verbal communication skills.• Excellent organizational and project management skills.• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.• Knowledge of the real estate market and trends is a plus.
