POSTION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Creative Services Leader the Graphic Design Specialist will take concepts from ideation to completion and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. Position requires a solid knowledge of current design software and skills in the design process, from concept to final deliverables. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the Graphic Design Specialist must be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects with our target audiences and brings ideas to life. This position requires an individual who can understand the assignment, process and apply feedback to improved designs to meet project objectives. Graphic Design Specialist will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout for any project.

RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the Creative Services Leader, other designers, multiple team members, and brand clients on a wide range of materials that may include digital content, presentations, ads, signage, internal communications, newsletters, collateral and marketing materials of all types.Create and manipulate graphics through Adobe Creative Suite apps such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesignUse your excellent design skills to develop sales materials, illustrations, social media graphics, online image content, and corporate literatureTranslate strategic direction into high-quality design within our established brand identity applied to develop concepts and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layoutEnsure final graphics and layouts are on-brand and visually appealing and built to the specifications required.They will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout for any project.Identify opportunities to improve workflows, simplify processes, or increase productivity.Supervisory Responsibilities :

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education

Associate degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline preferred.Experience

Knowledge of content management systemsPhotography and photo editing skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsOrganizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple projects simultaneouslyDesire to continue building skills with education and trainingThe ability to work independently once the direction of a project is establishedA keen eye for aesthetics and a high attention to details A strong portfolio of completed graphics and designs

Computer Skills

Two or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoshopSkilled with MS OfficeExperience using CRM platform(s), Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn, and email/content platforms(s)Experience working with HubSpotExperience working with Monday.comCertificates & Licenses (preferred)

Adobe Certified Professional (ACP)Other Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A team player, organized and detail orientedMaintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
