The company provides measurement and control solutions to both semiconductor fabs and mask shops to ensure that yields are consistently high, thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing. The SensArray business unit is dedicated to supporting customer R&D phases as well as HVM with in-situ thermal process control.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsDevelop specific marketing requirements for SensArray products and product families to increase penetration of new products and adoption of existing products.Represent marketing in product life cycle meetings and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to improve products and define the SensArray product strategy.Determine customer requirements for new products and analyze how to convert those data points into new products for the SensArray product roadmap.Own market research and closely collaborate with SensArray Marketing and Applications teams to monitor and identify opportunities in the marketplace.Drive regional accounts to deliver by developing product value statements and tailoring value to specific customer use cases.Identify and generate a new product excellence strategy for VLSI, which includes defining new products and improvements to existing products based on market need.Support global SensArray/VLSI team in implementing new revenue generation strategies.Produce highly targeted collateral that quantifies the value of SensArray/VLSI products to our customers, based on specific use cases and applications.Minimum QualificationsBachelors/Masters in Semiconductor Engineering, Engineering, or related field.1+ years of relevant work experience in a multi-disciplinary technology product team. Product marketing/application engineer with experience in semiconductor customer-facing solutions is preferred.Experience should include the following:

Semiconductor cleanroom/fab process knowledge.Technical business operations skills that enable development of models which can help to forecast product demand with limited datasets.Strong communication skills and ability to deliver effective technical presentations under pressure.Ability to successfully drive projects and customer engagement with minimal intervention.Ability to see multiple perspectives and understand the business case for making decisions.Ability to perform market analysis by working with field teams and compiling customer information and industry reports.Well-organized with attention to detail and focus on quality.
