You will conduct comprehensive research, test Figma designs and prototypes, analyze user feedback, and work closely with our design team to refine and improve our product.If you have a 'passion for fashion', excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and can 'wear many hats' in a dynamic, deadline-driven, and fast-paced environment, this could be your chance to elevate your career and become an industry leader!The Role:Perform primary and secondary research to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points concerning the product.Organize and conduct user testing sessions to collect qualitative and quantitative feedback on Figma designs and product modals for both the app and browser.Evaluate research findings and convert them into actionable insights to guide product development decisions.Work closely with designers and developers to refine designs based on user feedback and research results, as well as supporting the creation of wireframes and prototypes.Create research reports and presentations to share findings, insights, and recommendations with stakeholders, as well as creating detailed case studies on successful UX research and staying up to date with current trends and technologies.The Person:5+ years of professional experience with UX research and MUST have a passion for high-end fashion.Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioural Economics, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field.Experience in UX Design, with the ability to jump into design tasks as needed.Proficiency with Figma and understanding of user flows.Experience with documenting and formatting case studies.If this sounds like you, make sure you apply now!
