In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

What you'll be doing...Responsibilities:

Stakeholder with all Value brand leads and partner with the product team to develop new services and products to increase Arpa across all brands.

Design and implement a Graduation program for existing customers to receive a device upgrade offer by working closely with the Base Management team to leverage retention offerings.

Understanding our products & services and crafting strategies that support business needs and communicate our offerings in a way that delivers on consumer needs.

Developing end-to-end value proposition campaigns for the base including strategic direction, ideation, briefing, communications strategies, creative execution, cross-functional implementation, campaign analysis against timelines.

Partner with Finance, Revenue Assurance, Credit, and legal departments to ensure business cases and campaign requirements are aligned and approved on.

Partner with the postpaid value prop and promotion team to build new plans & promotions to support migration tactics.

Work with multiple business stakeholders across Verizon to create or expand loyalty programs for all brands.

Design and implement Upgrade device Promo strategy with positive ROI and COR.

Brand-specific CX/UX and user journeys for existing customers.

Design, execute, and leverage consumer market research and competitive analysis, as well as industry benchmarking to inform program design.

Base campaign calendar and design.

Development of program performance expectations, financial business case, and project approvals.

Own marketing briefing for agency creative development for Base campaigns, store merchandising and digital/social media presence targeting the base.

Manage the Go-to-Market process, including all internal communications and training requirements.

Translates functional value proposition plans into operational processes and guides execution.

Develops resolutions that require the frequent use of creativity to guide internal teams on execution.

What we're looking for...You'll need to have:

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of experience.

Six or more years of relevant experience.

Experience leading cross-functional communications and/or stakeholdering.

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

MBA or Master's Degree or equivalent.

10 + years of relevant experience.

Strong project management skills, multitasking is vital to success.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Experience managing and influencing client relationships at the senior executive level. Ability to present and interact with all levels of management.

Impeccable managerial skills and Excellent communication skills.

Presented findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).

The ability to influence without direct authority.

Where you’ll be workingIn this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
