Establish work schedules, participate in performance reviews, manage employee issues, and ensure the proper functions of the Customer Relations team. Participate in the selection and hiring of team members. Provide on the job training to new team members. Serve as a technical expert to team members.

Handles escalated customer issues.

As requested, provides reports and information to manager. Work with Marketing and Sales management to improve customer relations processes in order to enhance the customer experience.

Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all customers; anticipate and address customers’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank customers with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational quality. Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines; move up and down stairs and/or service ramps; move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
