Vacation Sales Coordinator (Marketing) , you will help provide our Owners/guests with memorable experiences and events. Benefits include: Uncapped earning potential (wages, incentives, bonuses, contests) Credit Union Membership Tuition Reimbursement Professional Counseling & Family Support Growth and Development Opportunities Daily responsibilities: Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations Provide excellent service to exceed sales and volume goals Ensure attendees meet eligibility requirements and are receptive to learning about products and services Use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty Guest Experience and Company Standards: Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs Interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests Contribute to team goals Follow company policies and safety procedures Ideal candidates will have sales or customer service experience, enjoy guest interaction, and be flexible with shifts, including holidays and weekends. Concierge or sales experience is preferred. The position may require background and drug screening, and physical ability to perform various movements.
