As a community-minded financial institution, we make giving back and volunteer work a priority.SVP, DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETINGWith a minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in banking sales and operations in Retail Banking, Wealth Management or Marketing areas, you will:Direct oversight of BSNB's Retail Banking, Wealth Management, and Marketing leadership;Develop sales goals/targets annually to closely align lines of business. Accountable for driving results and achieving sales targets for BSNB products and services;Provide cross-functional leadership to drive effective product enhancements and impact new product rollouts. Recognize, anticipate, and resolve operational and process problems that arise;Oversee BSNB's Marketing strategy across lines of business, recommending and implementing Marketing strategy;Set strategy for BSNB's Product Specialist within the Marketing Department to insure use of relevant market research to assess product and market trends to identify a need or market opportunity;Develop objectives, key results, and key performance indicators, and monitor ability to generate a positive return on investment;Assess risk when business decisions are made.QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETINGMinimum 10 years' progressive experience in banking sales and operations, in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Marketing, or combination thereof.Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into insights and recommendations to present to sales team.Demonstrated ability to work at all level of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.Associate's degree in business or related field required, bachelor's degree preferred.BSNB is an Affirmative Action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, national origin, or other protected class.
