We're not just in the business of technology; we're in the business of connecting people, empowering them to explore, share, and engage with the world around them in ways they never thought possible.Join the team that connects people with quality experiences that give them the best value in wireless.What you'll be doing...Owning the Verizon Prepaid Brand Roadmap, including New Value Propositions, Products and Promotions and drives strategic alignment across all functions (VVO Leadership, Finance, Distribution, Marketing, Legal, GTS, Operations) to what is needed to execute through the organization.Being responsible for the Design Target for Verizon Prepaid, using conceptual thinking to understand and unearth relevant pain points and insights that will drive growth for the business.Defining and gaining Verizon Value Organization (VVO) leadership alignment to Brand Strategies designed for growth of the Verizon Prepaid business while also driving customer retention and churn improvements for the brand.Leading the VVO multifunctional teams (Finance, Distribution, Marketing, Legal, GTS, Operations) to the alignment and adherence of defined strategies.Developing, modifying, and leading all VVO functions (Finance, Distribution, Marketing, Legal, GTS, Operations) towards the execution of brand initiatives and programs that win versus competition.Defining and gaining VVO leadership alignment to the overall value proposition, pricing and promotion strategies for the Verizon Prepaid brand.Leading the Verizon Prepaid Brand team to define programs and tactics that bring the Brand strategy to life for consumers across all channels.Leading the Verizon Prepaid Brand team in the definition of business assumptions and business rules for all proposed value propositions, pricing and promotions that are aligned to the brand's overall Strategy.Leading the Verizon Prepaid Brand team building on Business Cases and Business Rules for proposed initiatives and programs.Leading the Verizon Prepaid Brand team towards the alignment and approval of proposed business cases.Where you'll be working...In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).What we're looking for...Strong project management skills, multi-tasking is vital to success.Proficiency in MS Office.Experience managing and influencing client relationships at the senior executive level. Ability to present and interact with all levels of management.Impeccable managerial skills and excellent communication skills and executive presence.Presented findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level). The ability to influence without direct authority.You'll need to have:Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.Six or more years of relevant work experience.Proficiency in MS Office.Even better if you have one or more of the following:MBA.Understanding of Verizon processes and systems.Experience in telecommunications or CPG.Strong project management skills, multi-tasking is vital to success.Experience managing and influencing client relationships at the senior executive level. Ability to present and interact with all levels of management.Impeccable managerial skills and excellent communication skills and executive presence.Presented findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).
