Opportunity

This exciting new position will spearhead the digital transformation of Kohler’s Hospitality businesses. It will champion digital marketing strategy and execution across multiple businesses, including assessing effectiveness of the digital experience. This role will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing Kohler Hospitality’s digital presence and driving brand affinity and revenue into the future.

Specific Responsibilities

Redesign and redefine the website digital experience for .com and online booking engines, ensuring all information, promotions and photography are accurate and relevant at all times.

Develop a luxury user experience journey through strong storytelling, content strategy and visual identity standards for digital platforms to drive conversion rate optimization.

Ensure all resort photography / videography is up to date across all platforms.

Own all tagging and keyword optimization strategies.

Develop, manage and report out on website analytics and results driven KPI’s across all digital marketing initiatives on a monthly basis.

Proactively manage digital marketing campaigns in conjunction with agencies across all channels including organic search, paid search, display, mobile and social. Participate in weekly calls to review results and set strategies for future months and contribute to monthly dashboards.

Oversee third party website integration platforms, including those used for user- generated content, conversion optimization, booking engine and review sites.

Manage hotel content on third party platforms including business listings (i.e. Google My

Business, Bing, Yelp, TripAdvisor) as well as OTA’s and the GDS.

Prepare and execute strategic email campaigns to support the overall business goals of the resort. This includes: resort newsletters, confirmations, pre-arrivals, and targeted lifecycle campaigns.

Be highly collaborative by working closely with the broader marketing and hotel organization.

Develop and maintain knowledge of latest market trends, competition and customers with a focus to keep our businesses ahead of these developments.

Establish annual digital marketing budget and build specific annual and monthly strategic plans to achieve revenue goals and optimization.

Skills/Requirements

Passionate about the Hospitality industry, this role requires minimum of 15 years’ experience in digital marketing for luxury hotel properties (preferably resorts) demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.

Must be highly motivated, have a positive demeanor, be a team player, proactive self-starter, and excellent communicator.

Ability to deliver high quality work, quickly, in a dynamic organization under time pressure.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills.

4-year degree from an accredited university, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or Hotel Management.

The salary range for this position is $143,450 - $179,300. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
