As a Growth Manager, you'll be joining a highly selective team with educational backgrounds from Stanford, Princeton, MIT, and more, with a wide variety of career experience across investment banking, corporate strategy, consulting and engineering, in addition to start-up experience.Responsibilities

Work alongside Verkada’s Growth team globally to brainstorm and execute on new out-of-the-box experiments to deliver, target, and run strategies that drive direct revenue impactBuild attribution models and help deploy seven-figure spend budgets to generate pipelineDesign processes to ensure pipeline is converted into revenuesAnalyze data, identify pain points and adapt your strategies to improve campaign ROITest ideas, find ways to automate, rinse and repeatQualifications

4-year undergraduate degree (quantitative field of study strongly preferred)2 - 4 years of relevant work experience including from a private equity firm, investment banking, strategic consulting, a startup or equivalent, highly preferredB2C growth hacking/startup experienceSelf-starter approach, willing to take responsibility and own projects from day 1Ability to analyze and understand numbers, data and patterns (Excel proficiency is a must)Ability to think outside-the-box and be creativeBusiness Level EnglishSQL preferredUS Employee Benefits Verkada is committed to investing in the holistic health and wellbeing of all employees and their families. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package.
