Serves as a Multimedia Analyst and Engineer for the Media Operations Team. The successful candidate will bring a variety of skills to the team and specialize in support of the video post-production technology, designing, installing, and supporting high-end video post-production environments. The individual will participate in all levels of audiovisual and media operations including audio/video/data signal flow, as well as design and implementation, management, and support of conference room VTC equipment, live video and audio production, and video and audio post-production. This position requires a strong level of expertise in virtual meeting support using various UC technologies such as Microsoft Teams, ZoomGov, Cisco Webex, and Skype. This position will support of live, virtual, and hybrid events in an auditorium setting, board and conference rooms, and other locations, as well as general management of these facilities.

Experience/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related technical field and 10 years of related experience with at least 7 years being specialized in video post-production technology. Additional related experience and certifications can be substituted for a degree.
Must have demonstrated experience supporting and maintaining video production servers and archive systems such as Telestream Vantage, Telestream Light Speed Live Capture, Xendata archive systems, NLTek Nearchive, Canto Cumulus, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Requires expert knowledge of various HD and UHD video formats, video codecs, transport streams and audio file types and configurations
Must have advanced knowledge and experience working with Avid systems including Editors, Storage, and Asset Management
Must have experience in audiovisual system integration with a strong understanding of workflow and signal flow
Requires experience with video, audio and data signal flows for support and installation of professional video production equipment, user systems, and servers.
Experience configuring and supporting network protocols and settings on Windows, Mac, and Linux systems is needed.
Understanding of networking and client/server architectures is required.
Avid ACSR Elite certification is desired.
