POSITION SUMMARY

The Hospitality Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in driving the marketing efforts for our hospitality and ancillary business, working closely with the Lodging, Retail, Rental, Food & Beverage, and SnowSports team. The key aspects of the role will be organizational, project management and relationship building to be successful in driving growth for the ancillary business at Steamboat Resort. This position involves product development assistance, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns to support the overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality and ski tourism industry, strong organizational skills, and a creative mindset to develop and implement effective marketing initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.Assist in product development, creative development, and message stratification.Create collateral and implement in-resort advertising for specific products or promotions.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Analyze audience and product trends and implement learnings to existing efforts.Act as the main marketing point of contact for Lodging and Food and Beverage teams, understanding the business strategies and product details.Attend weekly and monthly meetings and provide report outs to internal teams on important updates and in-market messages.Other duties as assignedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics is a plus.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.

Steamboat Springs area base hourly pay range: $24-$26 per hour

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions when appropriate

• Minimum intermediate skiing or riding ability preferred

• Must be 18 years of age
