\"Our client is hiring for a Lead Project Manager (Marketing) to join their growing team. You will be joining an environment that is incredibly fast paced and has the energy of a start up through several company acquisitions.This will be fully remote, 40 hours per week, ongoing.What you will be doing:- Lead a team of project managers, make changes, lead innovation, create efficiencies within the team- Lead and mentor the team within Notion to create more awareness and education- Meet and collaborate with corporate marketing teams to strategize plans, timelines, and deliverables for several marketing projects at a time- Ensure the creative and marketing teams hit deadlines for all projects- Develop presentations for management and clients- Keep an eye on the website to make sure it is currentWhat you need to know:- 7+ years of marketing project management experience- Must have leadership experience- Experience using Notion required- Comfortable in an Agile environment- MUST be an incredible multi-tasker- Must be able to prioritize and manage deadlines- Agency background a huge PLUS but not required- Excellent listener + communicator- Must be comfortable running presentations- Strong collaboration skillsCreative Circle\'s Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
