Worthington Industries Consumer Products Marketing Team is looking for a detail oriented, thoughtful, and agile .

E-commerce (Digital) Analyst

to serve as a key business partner working closely with cross-functional teams. This individual will help support a growing and fast paced E-commerce team execute key digital marketing activities across e-commerce and omnichannel initiatives. Primary areas of focus include managing online product pages including working closely with Brand and Sales to support new product launches and maintaining the digital shelf across Retail and DTC websites. Successful candidates are self-starters bringing a positive attitude and can thrive in a fast-paced work environment to support interdepartmental e-commerce and digital strategies.

The

E-commerce (Digital) Analyst

is best suited for individuals with experience working in CPG Marketing or Sales with experience specific to E-commerce. Candidates should have a foundational understanding of retail, sales, and digital shelf basics. The ideal candidate should bring experience in project management, comfortability in working cross-functionally, willing to seek opportunity to establish new processes within a team and bring passion for e-commerce and interconnected merchandising.

Responsibilities

Digital Shelf Optimization:

Ensure product page content and assets are optimized from item launch throughout the product lifecycle, enhancing visibility and appeal across online platforms.Content Accuracy:

Continuously monitor the digital shelf across platforms to ensure content accuracy across customer websites and direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms, making timely adjustments in line with Sales and Brand initiatives.Content Maintenance:

Work closely with Creative and Brand teams to maintain and update digital content, ensuring it aligns with marketing strategies.Online Merchandising:

Optimize new product listings online and identify opportunities for online merchandising to drive sales and engagement.Campaign Support:

Work with Creative, Brand, and agency partners to coordinate campaign assets, execute online optimizations, and adhere to project timelines.Performance Tracking:

Track the performance of product pages, content, and digital initiatives, providing ad hoc reports and insights.Trend Analysis:

Monitor trends in online product performance, including product reviews, and use data to identify opportunities for the Brand teams.

Qualifications2+ years of experience in CPG Sales, Marketing, or E-commerce roles, with a focus on digital marketing.Capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ability to self-manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines.Understanding of e-commerce KPIs, and digital marketing ROI-related metrics and sales analytics.Familiarity with retail commerce platforms, advertising platforms, and digital platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Vendor and Seller Central, Criteo, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Shopify or other E-commerce Platforms.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross functional teams including, Sales, Brand, and external agency partners.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.Highly detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to define and establish new processes.Positive attitude and a collaborative team player.
