Job Summary:
Ruggable is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Production Artist / Design Coordinator to join our Textile Design Team. This role needs an efficient and highly organized individual who is excellent at time management and passionate about technical accuracy. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Adobe Photoshop, have strong project management skills, and be excited about supporting a collaborative and highly motivated team.
What You'll Do:Produce technically accurate Production Files for print, working closely with the Design team to resolve errors you may encounterCoordinate Licensor submissions and the printing and distribution of samples to our plantsPrioritize tasks and meet deadlines; assist with team projectsWork with a talented team of designers and creative leaders, and support on Textile Design projects as neededMake cohesive and clean files and share them according to specificationsUse your strong communication skills to listen, ask relevant questions, and take action effectivelyWhat You'll Need to Have:
Required:
Photoshop technical skills, including but not limited to: expertise in image processing automation and file managementStrong organizational skills, efficiency, and attention to detail, resulting in technically accurate project completion and effective sample managementA desire to see your team succeed and be a key contributor to that success through teamwork, problem-solving, and determinationStrong communication skills and sense of professionalism with the ability to use discretion and be self-reflectiveThe ability to multitask, self-manage projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are metPreferred:
Experience in a project management roleKnowledgeable about digital printingCompensation:
$66,560 - $70,000 per year base salaryAn annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of roleEmployer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
