Job Summary

Lead a team of product marketers in driving the success of our products. Define standards of excellence, drive execution, and ensure alignment across various marketing efforts. The manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and convert into tangible results.

Job DutiesManage and mentor a team of product marketers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Develop, position and message in a way that resonates with our target audiences.Work with product to distill key functionality and benefits into core marketing messages.Collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing to effectively match prospect pain points with compelling messages that are converted into sales tools.Be involved with a competitive marketing experience to reposition competitors in the mind of prospects and grow market share.Create and curate tools for the MX sales team including case studies, sales collateral, product & solution collateral.Design optimal go-to-market plans for enterprise B2B SaaS products.Define and execute world class product launches.Monitor team metrics regarding revenue, pipeline, win rate, and adoption for product and solution areas.Work cross-functionally with Lifecycle Marketing and Demand Marketing to launch integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate demand for your product and solution areas.Work cross-functionally with Lifecycle Marketing and Product Management to surface success stories and new use cases that prove ROI.Job Requirements

10+ years of experience in B2B product marketing with high-growth SaaS companies targeting Enterprise accounts, with at least 3 years in a management role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Solid experience and strong knowledge in the financial industry.Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative technology products.Strong communication skills that make any software feature sound interesting.Self drive to make and meet your commitments.Scrappy and entrepreneurial spirit that means you are willing to roll up your sleeves.A self-starter who thrives on owning product marketing and driving results.

Work Environment

At MX, we utilize a hybrid work model, which allows us to attract top talent and increase impact through collaboration. Our team members enjoy a balance of remote work and in-office days. Travel expectations for remote employees is about 15%, and the company covers travel expenses for remote employees. Local employees will utilize in-office time on a weekly basis Tuesday through Thursday. Both local and remote employees can take advantage of our incredible office space with onsite perks like company-paid meals, onsite massage therapist, golf simulator, and meditation room to name a few.

Compensation

The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently $min to $mid. This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.

We utilize a hybrid work arrangement style, which may require both local and remote team members to be in the office when necessary, to kick off projects, hold cross team strategy meetings, or complete key deliverables. Remote team members will travel into the office four times per year, and MX covers travel expenses associated with this requirement.
