FUNCTION

The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the promotions, special events, advertising, digital, and social media efforts that build business and customer loyalty.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and host special events, drawings and giveawaysAssist in the execution of promotions and player development eventsCoordinate with Food & Beverage, IT, Security, Players Club to support Marketing event needsGenerate material requests, check requests, and support material to ensure all invoices are paid promptlyCommunicate all details of special events to the Director of MarketingAssist with creating property brochures, newsletters, posters, and website contentSchedule and coordinate marketing signage including the digital contentAssist the Director of Marketing with social media contentDevelop relevant, unique, and engaging content for social mediaMonitor all social channels and foster dialogue to create interactive relationships with our guestsManage communications on social media sitesDevelop and build relationships with guestsOther duties as assignedSTANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE

Excellent oral and written communication skillsHigh level of professionalism with the ability to react well under pressureExceptional guest service skillsAbility to work in a fast paced environment and interact with internal departmentsLift up to 25 lbs.EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

College degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferredMinimum of one-year experience in creating and coordinating special events and/or promotions is preferredMinimum of one-year gaming experience is preferredSkilled with audio / video equipment preferredProficient with Microsoft Office and Player Tracking systems preferredAbility to obtain a valid gaming license
