Position Summary:

Effectively manage all administrative duties for Corporate Marketing.

Job Duties:

General Administrative Responsibilities & Executive Support:

Provide support to the Corporate Director of Neighborhood Marketing and others as directed by assisting with correspondence, mailings, expense reports, office meetings and outings, updating meeting notes and project schedules, prepare presentation materials and other tasks as directed.Manage ongoing communications (mail, e-mail, telephone, etc.)Prepare various reports and spreadsheets and update meeting notes as necessary.Compose and prepare simple correspondence.Maintain department files.Complete purchase orders for marketing related items.Interface with accounts payable and distribute invoices for approval and coding as needed.Research marketing invoices and payment questionsPrepare contracts and contract addendumsAssist in preparation of budgets and research information to update budgets.Coordinate re-ordering and keep inventory of promotional items.Inspect models for model maintenance, signage and flags.Model maintenance coordination with DivisionsCollateral management and ordering for all Neighborhoods.Order company branded merchandise.Event Planning & Grand Openings

Sales Team supportWeekend Directional signage management for all neighborhoodsReview and facilitate featured residence weekly e-blasts for all neighborhoods.Create and manage marketing collateral, including price sheet, flyers, etc.Maintain brand standards online and onsite.Review and manage neighborhood website pages for accuracy.Manage production home staging and photography.Sales office Collateral managementNeighborhood and model signage install and maintenance.Assist with coordination of sales and marketing reports.Maintain and update website content, including production of digital renderings,interactive floorplans, site plans, virtual tours, etc.Coordinates with creative marketing agency and all other marketing consultants/vendors.Coordinates model photography, community and model videos.Coordinates the closeout of the model complex and sales offices at all completed communities.Managerial Responsibility

Position Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's DegreeExperience

1-3 years of professional work experienceReal estate developer or similar professional experience preferred but not required.Experience assisting a senior level executive.Skills

Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and priorities.Ability to work cooperatively with a variety of personality types.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must possess superior secretarial skills, organizational skills and follow-through capabilities.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel and basic knowledge in Power Point.Base Salary:

The expected base salary range for this position is between $60,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on divisional and individual performance.
